Herbal Allies: Lemon Balm

Herbal Allies: Lemon Balm

A nice cup of lemon balm tea

🌱Herbal Allies for the Holly Daze🌱

Starting with Lemon Balm, Melissa officinalis

Lemon Balm is my first favorite herb that everyone should have on hand for the Holidays. Sweet Melissa has a lovely delicate lemony taste and is good for everyone from babies to Great Grandmas and is a definite calming mood uplifting gift from the fairies.🧚‍♀️

We all know that Holidays can be both happy and wondrous as well as busy, stressful and melancholy. We remember our loved ones who have passed or are out of town or out of sorts with us.

A cup of lemon balm tea can help with all of those emotions as well as taking it all a little too seriously.
