In the past, psychedelic/entheogenic substances were publicly known worldwide and were respected for their ability to bring forth the divine, Yahweh, God, The Great Spirit, etc., by the many cultures who used them.

The indigenous people of San Diego had a relationship with the Datura, also known as Jimsonweed. Other Native Americans employed peyote.

In the sixties, we “discovered” magic mushrooms, LSD, and marijuana.

Now we have developed vaporizers to minimize the risk of inhaling cannabinoids.

In this informational miniseries, John will discuss the need for such experiences in our modern world, referencing modern shamans and practices.

You will learn about mugwort tea that stimulates visions and vivid dreaming, lemon tekking magic mushrooms, the preparation of morning glory seeds and cacti including San Pedro and Peruvian torch. He’ll also discuss Syrian rue, jimsonweed, ayahuasca and DMT, and other RIMAs, as well as MAOIs and foods to avoid when taking them.

John Finch, 78 and achieving altered states thru meditation, was a rock drummer in the 60s and experimented with natural entheogens including mega-doses of LSD.

He grew marijuana and Psilocybin mushrooms.

John shares his experience and invites others in the miniseries to share their own.

We will drink a strong mugwort tea, otherwise this will be informational only.
