I started the school in 1985 with my partner, Jane Richmond to provide holistic
education for our community.
Our programs are designed to benefit those interested in learning natural healing for themselves, as well as those interested in pursuing a rewarding career in Professional Herbalism.
We offer classes in herbal medicine, nutrition, aromatherapy, energy healing, shamanism, and crystal healing, as well as plant identification walks and workshops in making herbal remedies, chocolate, beer, and holiday gifts.
Our graduates enjoy rewarding careers in clinical herbalism, making herbal medicines and natural products, owning and managing herb shops, wildcrafting and selling herbs, consulting, teaching, and other positions in the fast-growing herbal industry.
